I would rate 4 stars , nice place for a drink or maybe food. It's one of those places you like it but only for once . If you live in that area , obviously things could be different.Posted on Google![]()

All in all this is a good ideal stop off point to get refreshed after such a lousy sweaty bus ride. Clean pub, good service and a wonderful choice of food and drinks to choose from. I'm glad I stopped here especially when I needed water and the loo immediately. Well done 👍Posted on Google![]()

This was a visit by 4 old mates to see a another old friend who we hadn’t seen in a while - the atmosphere was perfect on a sunny day and the London Pride 🍺 real ale was in great condition - we all had a meal 🍽️ which everyone said was very tasty and well prepared and presented.Posted on Google![]()

Excellent Sunday lunch, with many options but the unlimited Roast potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings is a great option. The staff are so focused on delivering a great service.Posted on Google![]()

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a couple of dishes and genuinely couldn’t believe the portion sizes when they arrived. £8 for ONE chicken skewer with a small amount of salad. One. Single. Skewer. The other dish was equally underwhelming. The photos speak for themselves. What really ruined the experience, though, was the attitude of the short, dark-haired server. When I politely questioned the portion size and mentioned that £8 seemed ridiculous for a single skewer, I was basically told, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I’ve never experienced such dismissive customer service over a perfectly reasonable complaint. Tiny portions, terrible value for money, and a member of staff who apparently thinks the solution to unhappy customers is to tell them to leave. I certainly won't be returning. If you're hungry, bring a packed lunch.Posted on Google![]()

Visited for lunch and ordered from the lunch menu, which states that all sandwiches come with skin-on chips unless otherwise noted. I ordered on that basis, paid at the bar, and was then handed just the sandwich. When I queried this, a member of staff let me know that chips are no longer included. It would have been helpful to be made aware of this change at the point of ordering, as the menu still advertises chips as standard. At £11–13 for a sandwich alone, it also feels like quite a significant price point without a side included. The food itself may well be lovely, and the staff were pleasant enough - but I’d gently encourage the owners to update the lunch menu so it accurately reflects what’s included, and to brief staff to mention any changes when customers order. A revisit of the pricing would also be worthwhile. I’d hate for others to be caught off guard in the same way, as it did take the shine off what could have been a really enjoyable lunch.Posted on Google![]()
